Whether you’re seeking full-time help, part-time care, or a night nanny, we offer curated placement options rooted in care, trust, and professionalism.

Step One: Initiate Your Search

To begin the search process, we require a non-refundable $300 search initiation fee. This allows us to begin recruiting, screening, and aligning candidates based on your family’s unique needs

Package One: Basic Nanny Match

This option is ideal for families who want help finding great candidates but prefer to manage the rest of the process themselves.

Flat Fee: $1,200

Includes:

  • Family consultation to understand your needs
  • Job posting and candidate outreach
  • Pre-screening of applicants to ensure experience, schedule compatibility, and general alignment
  • Introduction to 2–3 qualified candidates

Does not include:

  • Background or reference checks
  • Interview scheduling
  • Trial setup
  • Offer letter or contract guidance
  • Post-placement support

Package Two: Full-Service Nanny Placement

For families seeking a seamless, stress-free experience. We manage the process so you can focus on choosing the right fit with peace of mind.

Placement Fee: 12% of the nanny’s gross annual salary

(Minimum Fee of $3,500)

  • In-depth intake and customized job description
  • Targeted recruitment and thorough pre-screening
  • Full background and reference checks
  • Interview coordination
  • Trial day setup (if desired)
  • Drafting of the Family-Nanny Agreement tailored to your preferences
  • Hiring guidance and support throughout the offer process
  • Two thoughtful post-placement check-ins — One in the first week and another around the 30-day mark to make sure everything is going smoothly, answer any questions, and support both your family and the nanny as they settle in.
This concierge-style package ensures every step of your journey is handled with care and professionalism.
